Create a 'New Event'.
In 'Location', type 'Meeting Room' to see available lists.
Add the room as an attendee. Use Scheduling Assistant to check availability.
Wait for the 'Accepted' email from the Room resource.
Room shows as 'Tentative' instead of 'Accepted'
Someone else may have a conflicting booking. Check Scheduling Assistant and pick another time slot.
I can't find the room in the list
Type the exact room name (e.g., 'MR-L12-A'). If still not found, contact Admin to add it to your address book.
