Connect your laptop to the office Follow-You-Print securely.
Ensure you are on 'Corp-Secure' Wi-Fi.
Go to 'Printers & Scanners' > 'Add Device'.
Choose 'Follow-You-Print-BW' or 'Follow-You-Print-Color'.
Tap your badge on any printer to release jobs.
Printer not showing in device list
Ensure you're on Corp-Secure Wi-Fi (not Guest). Restart your laptop and try again.
Print job stuck in queue
Cancel the job on your laptop. Go to any printer and tap your badge to clear the queue.
Badge doesn't release print jobs
Your badge may not be synced. Contact IT Service Desk to re-register your badge.
